Buyer sent invoice 7 weeks ago but not paid and not responding

Hi, 

You have already looked at this matter. I want to know what you will be doing about Solomon S. to whom I sent an invoice in May for work I completed. He has still not paid me. I am owed £449. What have you done about him? What protection do I have? Are you going to pay me the £449 that I am owed?

  I just checked and Solomon S. has not paid the additional £449 that he needs to in order for me to get my full earnings for this job. He paid the deposit of £500 into escrow when he accepted my proposal, this was released to me by you PPH after a long period of no response from the client. Despite chasing the client for my remaining sum of £449 he has still not returned to me to pay the outstanding sum of £449. 

  Are you going to be paying me the £449? What have you done about this client?

  I'm not PPH, just a seller like you.

  If no money on escrow, impossible to ask for payment, try to contact your Client via email FB , Skype etc... to remind him

  Thanks for your advice. I've contacted him by email, phone and text but no contact. 

  I'll speak to my lawyer tomorrow about taking out a CCJ against him.
