what should i write in proposal breakdown after writing whole proposal?

  Just a title of what you are going to do ex "Remove background from picture" , if the task is by milestone , you can add another item (different amount) and will be sth like this :

  Could you give an example with proofreading/translation?
  Would the breakdown be something like as follows:
  translation > 20$
  or proofreading > 20$
  
  or should I be adding the languages I use or something else as well?

  how much money the buyer is going to deposit in escrow, depending on what you enter, min is 30% I guess but most of sellers put 100%.

  $100 budget, you ask for $100 escrow deposit.
