    Sorry for the delay in response as we have been investigating this transaction. 

    Please be informed that we had found the funds and added them to your wallet, you can now use them to pay the seller on the site. 

    I would also kindly suggest that you consult the following link from our help pages, it has instructions on how to pay by bank transfer. Please read it carefully because if the deposit is made another way, the funds will come to our bank account but our payments team will not know to which user's account to deposit the funds in.

    Also if you send an email to support@peopleperhour.com from your email address connected to your PPH account it will create a ticket for your issue.
