'm a freelancer and i don't have a bank account. Can i use my identification documents and my cousin's bank account for identity verification? His last name and mine are the same.

2. I'm an individual and i don't have a company registration number, what should i do?

  No, you cannot use your cousin's bank account.

  Try Payoneer, they offer debit cards , bank accounts and Local bank transfers.
