Refund
You need to learn how to deal with buyers in the US. your instructions are horrible. I paid a deposit and can't get refund. You tell me to select refund under Options, THER IS NOT REFUND SELECTION. I am using Safari on iMac and iPad.
If you can't deal with these things I want all my money back NOW. This is pathetic. I should have stayed with a US or UK based company

Hi Bruce,
I assume you are having an issue with a recent seller, perhaps the one you have raised an issue about in your recent ticket request to customer support?If you go to the workstream with Jennifer then scroll to the section where you would normally send her a message there is a bit of text above that says "MORE" click that and you will see the refund request option - press it.
Jennifer will be notified of the refund request and have an opportunity to dispute it. I would strongly advise you to make sure all evidence of the dispute is in the workstream i.e. poor quality work etc.
The website is exactly the same no matter which platform or device you are using.
PPH is a London (UK) registered company, this can be found within the terms and conditions.
