can't raise an invoice

When I try to raise an invoice I get the next message: It seems like you haven't filled in your Personal/Company details, your Tax/Company details and your Paypal or Bank details. Please click here to fill them in before you can create an Invoice.

But I have everything in order in my account.

  Hi Sachin,

  It takes up to 7 working days for your documents to be verified, therefore it may have just been a bug in the 'update' of your profile - I suggest you log out clear your cache and try another browser.

  I am unable to raise an invoice as it says I had not accept a proposal when this is what I had done prior to accepting the job. Could you please help in terms of how I can correct this. thanks Joe.
