Error The stream is completed (can not send proposal)
I don't know why. I have send proposal for many times to my clients, it was always OK. Till 2 days ago. I experience it in 3 workstream!!! One being handled well, 2 hanging in the air. Anyone having same experience?

Hi all. I hope when u read this, your problem have been resolved.
Of course i have made several contact with the admin, as written on official comment above, and it was not working. I made this thread, because it was not working.
Anyway, here what i did at the end : I politely asked my client to message me in new fresh message (not replying the existing) From that new message, i managed to write my proposal.
Another case, the admin who handle my case open a proposal on my behalve. That was awesome, actually!
The last case (around the same time), a client tried to message me before buying an hourlies. That was my advice, though. Because sometimes people bought my hourlies, ended up request slightly different thing. So, i'd rather have them message me first. This client insisted she can not message me, unless she bought my hourlies. So, she just bought my hourlies. And her request actually different with my hourlies. Luckily, we can add some more money on the invoice, otherwise..... another case open.
