want to remove payoneer account and add new payoneer account

 Hello i want to remove payoneer accont that was not approved the reason of not match the name of my profile .now i get a new account from payoneer that i want to add but i can not add with removing 1st account .so please help me as soon as you can and remove that un approved account to my profile .
