Remove 5-star rating for contest entrants

The 5-star rating system for contests seems slightly broken. Content entrants can unfairly rate competing entries 1-star in the hope of a better rating for themselves.

Almost all entries into contests seem to get a low rating because of this. I don't believe a rating system is necessary for contests as buyer picks after the contest has ended. At most only those who haven't entered a contest should be eligible to submit a rating.
