Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Thanks, farming it off to a 'Crowd Expert' is not passing it on to the production team.

Please escalate to the right department.

    Thanks

Is there any update to this?

It is becoming increasingly frustrating and insulting to have proposals that have had time and effort spent on them just randomly declined with no reason, AND in virtually all cases NO indication they've bothered to read them or looked at my profile.

What incentive AT ALL is there for me to waste another proposal on a lost cause?

Poor treatment of sellers. Must be a way of activating some communication with the buyer to know WHY.

Again, this is an increasingly frustrating part of the buyers process. Particularly now PPH like to charge 3 credits for pretty much all jobs.

Writing proposals takes time. To have them declined with no reason is frustrating.

To have PPH then stick on a "You can try out a new Proposal that XXX cannot refuse." is insulting to the buyer.

Why should I potentially waste another 3 credits, or even, one on a futile exercise when the seller can't be bothered to tell me why.

There SHOULD be a way of a buyer requesting an explanation why the proposal is declined, if not then the credit should be refunded.
