I cant recover all my money because PPH charges a transaction fee even when the freelancer doesnt finish the work

Hi,

I have been trying to find a freelancer whe could carry out my project. I found two but none of them could finish it. My surprise was when I asked for the refund (the two guys agreed). PPH charged me a transaction fee (in total 18.15 GBP) for "moving my money into the site" as a person from PPH support emailed me.

I am very surprised that PPH charges a transaction fee to me even when the two freelances I hired, left my project apart. I think PPH should dintinguish every situation and in this case the two freelancers should pay for those fees but not me. I didn't have any fault.

My situation right now is I gave 18.15 GBP to PPH for nothing (my project is unfinished).

I don't agree at all with this "kind of policy" and for that reason I will change this platform for another ASAP.

I have the same problem above. Cam some one get in touch please. When I did get in touch, whoever got back to me did not seem to know the rules.
