Can you unblock my seller to complete the job?

Hello,

I was very pleased to find this PPH service and the developer (seller) has been doing good job to upgrade my website.

However, he has been blocked from doing any further work due to (I believe) a delayed payment dispute between him and PPH, with the message on the work stream below:

"The specific Stream has been blocked because "xxxx" is no longer an active member of PPH"

Please advise me if this issue his likely to be resolved any sooner as it has been over 2 weeks already!

Job: "#1726007 Upgrade Joomla 3.6 website with Extensions"
