Job Title Changed by Buyer - Issue/Re-Solve
Hello Team,
I am Gourav Gupta, freelancer on pph from very long time. i analyse your website give full authority to buyer to change his requirements and details at any time before hiring any person, I think this is wrong, is client set any un-expected changes in job description and then accept any sellers proposals but seller did not provide or give new change/services in job descriptions then there seller having no right/options,
I think, if buyer change job title and description, then after seller should have an option where seller can change his proposal and cost according to new changes..
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS THING ON PRIORITY..

If Buyer changes scope of work, ask for more money, you have the right to dispute if he refuses to pay more.

a) the fees charged in the Invoice should be as has been explicitly agreed upfront in the Proposal. If requirements/ scope changes materially during a Custom Job the Seller may need to propose a change to a previously agreed price. This must be explicitly agreed in the WorkStream before any extra work is undertaken so that the Buyer can confirm whether they wish to proceed with the additional scope for the extra cost;
