cant re -submit seller application

A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Remove contact details from your “about you” section, profile cover image or portfolio items.

How do i re-submit. After clicking re-submit nothing coming up. Help me out please. I want to send proposal to work as soon as possible. Thank you
