my invoice has been rejected with message
PPH ADMIN - We would like to inform you that both your PPH accounts remain unverified. Therefore we are unable to release this invoice payment to the Seller. i have attached my id and bank statement but money are still pending
should i raise a new invoice?

Thank you for your message.
We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
