Refund Deposit

 Hi,

I have case where, The client hired me and pay the deposit, 

After arranging the details of the work she asked me to give her the total amount Il ask for the Job,

I told her how much I ask but unfortunately the client didn't had a figure in mind of how much more or less it can cost him from the beginning and in the end the client just didn't realize his project.

the problem is that his deposit still in my escrow account and I want to give him back his deposit because I didn't worked in the end.

I sent him a message about it but he did not do anything about it...

What should I do?  How to refund him his deposit?

  From the same Workstream above the text box find more button > Issue refund, enter amount and put the reason of the refund, will moderated to be approved.

  You may lose points and ranking depending on the reason.
