My bank account is still pending

Hello,

My bank account is still pending after nearly a month of me adding the account.

I want to withdraw money ASAP to my bank account.

  Sorry about that. I can see you had uploaded the document on 12 Dec and Please be advised that all uploaded documents are checked and verified by our team within 7 working days. Please notify us again in case your documents take longer than that in order to investigate further, however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible.
  
  I can see your bank account does not match with your PPH name, so it might get rejected from our payments team. So you should get your name changed to your actual name then we can verify it. 
  
  For name change, we request you to please upload any of your ID proof (passport copy or driving license or national ID proof copy) in your account under "Identification documents" option then our payments team will verify and change the name on your account.
