    Hi Sehrish,

    Your new tickets keep getting closed and merged with the old one, however every time you create a new ticket it appears to our ticket system like the problem is resolved and you now have a new problem and therefore go to the 'back of the queue'.

    If you are patient you will get an answer quickly.

    Hi Kelly can you email me with my payee id with my name that payoneer customer representative asked me  .they need an email or screenshot of my payee id with my name .
