Hello i already send the request to pph that i want to remove the payoneer account in my profile 8 days before and now i just want to know how much took the time to solve my issue can you please tell me or ask themember of your team those work on my request .please i shall be very thankful to you .

Hi Sehrish,
Your new tickets keep getting closed and merged with the old one, however every time you create a new ticket it appears to our ticket system like the problem is resolved and you now have a new problem and therefore go to the 'back of the queue'.
If you are patient you will get an answer quickly.
