  I'm very sorry to hear about this.  I would request you to please clarify if you're referring to a bank transfer or you tried to deposit funds using your Credit card. As we can see you tried to make a deposit from your Credit card ending 3213, but the transaction failed because the card number entered was not correct.  
  
  Please explain on this matter so we can assist you better.
