Just a bit of constructive feedback for PPH - customers can not provide feedback when the work hasn't been completed. I paid the first invoice and I got the feedback screen. For better customer experience, this shouldn't come up until completion of the work

  If you pay an invoice = there is work delivered or part of the work delivered, and you are allowed to leave a review for this part of the work.

  Feedback is important for sellers, will earn points ranking and build reputation.

  You are allowed to leave feedback for milestones / every invoice you pay , you can leave it empty if you want, and leave feedback once the job is finished.

  What feedback could you possibly leave about having to pay an invoice?!!!!

  I think the feedback is for the work that was delivered. Ideally, when you are paying your first invoice, you're also getting part of the work delivered. Then, second invoice, another part of work. And final invoice, final complete work.

  So, the feedback is for the quality of the work that is delivered in conjunction with the invoice that you're paying. Anyway as said above, you can leave the feedback blank and not give any feedback. It is optional.
