NDA - am being asked to pay again?

I have already paid for an NDA when I contacted my first person via this website, however when contacting my second and adding the NDA feature to that, the site is leading me to a payment page to pay for it again.

Please advise ASAP as I don't want to get charged twice and the work is time sensitive.

  Thank You for a patience,
  
  For job #1696241 if You need to pay the seller the funds from escrow, if the work is completed, then You need to ask the seller to raise an invoice
  Regarding the NDA, is valid for any sellers and workstreams for the same job so if You are being asked to pay again is probably because the NDA is for a new job.
