Hi, I have a problem with a seller. I paid her but I didn't get the requested job.

  I have looked in your account and can see your issue is now solved after you had left feedback the seller gave you the rest of the completed files.

  First, if your seller already delivered sth (ex a draft) send him clear feedback about the requested job, and allow him to deliver at least 2 revisions.

  If your seller did not deliver anything, from the same Workstream, above the text box find request refund > Send.

  Your seller will respond within 3 days otherwise money will be refunded.

  She already sent me revisions and I only approved one design out of 10, then I asked her to deliver the .ai file which she failed in meeting my request ended up that I didn't receive the .ai file.

  refund is not activated as there is zero balance in the escrow.

  Then you are asking for free work, you are supposed to deposit money to be able to hire anyone here?!

  If you already paid, then you shouldn't before work is completed delivered and accepted.
