If Buyer didn't award the job to any freelancer please give us back the proposal credit
This is insane, some of the buyers never award the job to sellers. We just waste our precious proposal credits which we can invest in future works. Please help this out. This is being a big problem..

Hello Sadurshan
Thank you for your message.
Rest assured, I just refunded the proposal credit back to your account and you can use it to bid on another Job that suits your skills.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Thank you.Comment actions -
Yes, Yes, Yes
From my own - and others - stats for jobs which proposals have been sent it's estimated that ~90+% of jobs are NOT awarded. That number is creeping up as more bias is given to buyers with little or no job vetting. The %award rate is just a waste of time. Sellers will still bid in the hope that 'this job' will be awarded.
Of course there is 'no incentive' for PPH to clean up their act here, it would mean reduced revenue on proposal purchases.
I for one have stopped buying them until this issue - of job vetting / quality and no barrier to entry, is sorted or addressed.
There should be an automatic refund of ALL proposals if the job passes the 'expiry' date without award.
The only alternative is to significantly reduce proposal costs to e.g £5 per 100, and/or allocate 100 rolling proposals per month.
As it is it's NOT justifiable to waste a significant proportion of the working week wading through and replying to proposals that NEVER GET AWARDED.
PPH, are you listening?
