Identification document issue

Hi pph support, I would like to ask how can I send an identification document while I'm living in my father's house. Bills etc are on my father's name. I need help as PPH is not letting me withdraw money without identification document while I sent the both sides of my ID card too that is accepted. Please help me to solve this problem

  I submitted my identity card but the pending will remain pending
