Stream has been blocked by cs
I just tried to send a message to the customer, and the "Send" button has a notice “This stream has been blocked by the CS” and clicking the "Send" button does not cause the message to be sent.
What's going on?

The workstream could be blocked as your seller/buyer is no longer a member of PPH or because the workstream has broken our terms & conditions of service.
