paypal account is still pending

Any ideas how long does it take for PPH to verify a paypal account? I already sent 2 tickets and no is replying. :( I'm starting to feel like I can't trust PPH. I should have researched further before signing up and completing 2 projects.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.

  I am facing same issue with my paypal account still it showing me pending since 9 days.

   

  Any idea how can i fix this.
