Buyer can't accept proposal

Hi,

A buyer is trying to accept my proposal but can't. I have tried sending it twice but it still hasn't worked.

I tried making an Hourlie but this wasn't accepted by PPH.

Can anyone help?

  May be he can post a private job and invite you from there, or if you have any active Hourlie he can buy that and you can charge him from there.
