Payment not processing

I'm trying to accept a proposal but the payment is not processing.  I tried Paypal and direct payment with a credit card. I get an error message saying there is a problem processing my payment.  I'd like to get moving on this job.  Thanks.

  I have tried to make an initial deposit to start my project but there was a problem with the master card payment. Help!

  I entered my credit card details to accept a proposal and got an error message. I want to get this job started. Please help
