Refund not Credited to my Account
I bought a lead which was a mistake and I sent a ticket for refund and on the 17th of Dec I received an email stating that the refund had been sent to my account.
Today 24th of Dec yet the money has not been paid to my card of payment,am really disappointed and this is looking like a scam to me,and am not encourage to buy any service on this platform again.

Hello Albert,
Your refund has been approved, and the money is in your PPH account since the 17th of December 2017. You can withdraw them whenever you wish, provided that you have a withdrawal account.
If you do not, please visit this page, and link a Bank/Payoneer/PayPal account to PPH, in order to transfer your money there.Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
