Getting charged 30 EUROS as a refund fee
I am writing from a company called eSense Translations.We are noticing that as we are using PPH more often, we are starting to experience let downs and unreliable freelancers that you have available on your site.
We put our trust and time in one of your freelancers last week to complete a major project we had available. This project was accepted by this freelancer to complete in a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, the lady had become nonresponsive and appearing online but ignoring us whenever we had got in contact with her towards the deadline of the completion of the project.
As a result of the first freelancer not carrying out the work for us, we had to then hire another freelancer which then becomes more PPH fees that were added, we cannot be liable for so many fees.
Consequently, we are not happy with the charge that has occurred from this and we are not willing to pay because of the hassle we had to go through with trying to get a response under such pressure.
I hope we can come to a reasonable agreement which will satisfy us both for future use of freelancers from this site.

Send refund request, Sellers are not working for PPH.
Cancellation fee should be refunded if it's the sellers fault , read the terms page.
