    Thank you support team for your email explaining how to sort this out. I have my money back now. I explained to my hourly that she shouldn't have done a second request of funds. She didn't know the process well that's why she did this and I paid a second amount by mistake. She refunded me without question and once I clicked the job as finished she got her money. All sorted.
