Verification documents for Payoneer and Bank account rejected.

Hello Sir/Madam,

 

I have been member of PPH from past 4 years now, and at the time my brother created this account on my name to involve me in the business, recently we reactivated his payoneer card and added his bank account also with account statement for past one year.

but the PPH has rejected those documents?

for reason : Payment method is under a different name.

 

Can someone help me?

 

i dont use bank accounts or any other services my brother handle those things for us.

 

can you please guide how to sort out this ?

  i have some problem for the following reason "profile name does not match the name on the document".

  i thought my profile at the payment setting was completely  same with the name on the document. the difference is the name on the document is full name form, and the name on the profile name using the fist name form and last name form. but i was completely same.

   

  can some one help me too..
