Proper project offer

It is getting tedious and counterproductive to be invited to bid for a project with a description such as: "Hii I’m looking for radio web designer"

It is impossible to send an accurate proposal when no URL is given, no short requirements nothing... Maybe force descriptions to be at least 100 words long? give them guidance on how to write a brief.

  I completely agree Vanessa, and recently voiced a similar opinion in another thread.

  The thing is, they (PPH) already have the ability to do this (have you seen the nice looking and very descriptive job descriptions for the Design Contests?), but choose not to for jobs. It seems they're simply interested in job numbers and not the quality of them.
