Hello,

I have placed order for IBM.com with Rehana K. on 15th Sept 2017 and he sent me live link on 18th sept 2017. I have released funds $60 to the seller.

After releasing the funds, the link was removed within 2 days. I contacted the seller and he agreed with replacement link, but he is not responding now. 

Please deal with this issue and get me refund of $60.
