Such a complicated dashboard

Not easy to follow at all if you get an influx of proposals. I had proposals popping up in one icon, and corresponding messages on another icon. Hard to keep track of conversations in a timeline and easily manage when you get a lot of inbound requests to do a job. 

Needs to be easier to navigate!
