release funds

My contractor is asking me release funds after completion of work. I dont find any way to do that. Can you please tell me how to do it. The money was deducted from bank account when i accepted the offer.

  Yes, I can see you had successfully paid the invoice of 6 GBP raised from the seller and they were released to them as well.
