Refund not Credited to my Account

I paid for a job which could not be completed by the contractor who issued a refund but no money has as yet been paid back into my account.

  Sorry to hear about this. The funds are available in your wallet and you can use them on the site to pay another seller who can finish your Job or you can withdraw them back to your account. 
  
  If you want to withdraw the amount that was available in your wallet then you need to place withdrawal request by selecting the black arrow button then the funds will be processed back to the same account from where they're deposited on the site.
