    Thank you for your messages Sonja and Liza.

    My sincerest apologies for the late reply. We are working hard to provide each and every user with the appropriate attention and correct information/answers to their query.

    I do understand your concern and your urgency to receive the payment but we always request the users to allow us 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) to process invoices from the time the buyer has approved the invoice. However, in Liza's case I found all your invoices are paid and you had successfully withdrawn those funds from the site.

    I have exactly the same problem since some time with multiple clients.

    These pending invoices are being processed the next day (at least in my case). I sent a message in customer support about this, but they didn't reply yet.

    It is happening to me for the first time. Maybe it's because I sent two separate invoices, one for my hourly and another for the additional words.
