Allow more file extensions in Workstream upload

Inherently safe file extensions such as XLSB (Microsoft Excel Binary) are blocked from being uploaded in workstreams and this is unnecessary

  Hi Joanne,

  You can get around this by uploading to Google Drive and sharing the URL or uploading a zip file with the blocked file within it may work?
