Cancellation Fee
I am struggling to understand why i am being charged $15 for a cancellation fee when the seller was at fault for A) Not beginning the job for over a week and B) for giving me the run around. I find it incredible that the Buyer is penalized when the seller has been at fault. I am really disappointed and will open a dispute with PayPal and write a post about my experience with PPH.
