    Hi Phoebe,

    Your location depends on your IP address on our site usually - however you can set it permanently if you provide a recent utility bill with your name and address on it.

    Send them to support@peopleperhour.com with your reason for sending them

    To set your currency simply go to  https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments and select 'default currency 'edit'.

    Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

    Hi again,

    I sent the email to the above address, but immediately received an automated reply with the following message: 

    "Thank you for your email however Support tickets cannot be created via email. Please log in your PPH account and click on 'Customer Support' to fill in the contact form with the required information and a Support representative will come back to you the soonest possible."

    I am not willing to upload a utility bill with personal information onto the public support page, so would you be able to confirm that the email I sent will be dealt with by the team and that this is not necessary?
