    Hello Hanad, 

    I responded to this question within the other thread where you posted the same question however I will post the same answer here:

    Please go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’.
