    Hello Emily,

have you taken into account buyers fees? Did you mark the job as urgent? These are within our T&Cs set out in section 8. I will open up a ticket with our support team to see if they can assist you further, in case these two potential answers are not the solution to your problem.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else

    8. PPH fees

    8.1 Buyer Fees

    • Buyer fees are broken down as follows:
Deposit payment method Transaction Fee Service Fee
      Bank Transfer 0% 5%
      Paypal £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Credit / Debit card £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Skrill £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Alipay £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Cashu £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Qiwi Wallet £0.6 + 5% 5%
      TrustPay £0.6 + 5% 5%
      GiroPay £0.6 + 5% 5%
      Paysafecard* £0.6 + 5% 5%
    • We may make changes to our transaction fees from time to time. These changes will be reflected in updated terms issued by us, which will apply to any transactions which take place after the updated fees come into force.
    • There is an optional listing fee of £10 (or €14 or USD $15) where a Buyer may choose to mark a job listing as ‘urgent' with a prominent symbol that will make it stand out.
    • In case a Buyer is entitled to a refund according to Section 6.2, the Buyer receives the funds requested according to Section 6.3 minus a refund fee equal to 10% of the requested amount. The refund fee is waived in case the Seller is at fault for the refund per Section 6.4.
    • *If you've used a paysafecard to complete a PPH transaction, you cannot refund this amount. However, if you have an unused balance on your paysafecard, you might be able to cash it in. To do this, you need to contact paysafecard* directly.
    • For deposits using via Trustpay or Swedish Bank Transfer (SE), you cannot also refund your amount.
