No response at ALL!
It's 15 days sinceI tried to make that withdrawal. In that period, you guys could reply just thrice. Twice, with replies that made no sense and the third time that blamed the withdrawal pending problem on Payoneer.
I asked to cancel the withdrawal and bingo - no replies since Thursday last week! What has happened to your support?

Hello Soubhik,
I see you are talking to someone already about this issue, therefore you no longer need my help, however do bear in mind that the more 'new tickets' you create on the same issue the slower the system will be to respond as it treats each new ticket as an update and therefore puts you to the back of the queue.
Please be patient and it will be resolved.
