How do people get hold of you?????
I have been trying for the past week to talk to someone within the company about a payment card change.
I have emailed, completed more of your stupid FAQs and internet forms and NO ONE HAS EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE my comments or emails.
This is not good customer service, in fact this is poor standards.
All I want to do is talk with a person to discuss my requirement and upgrade my payment card details.
Yet the system does not help me just passes me from one page to another.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME, on my mobile or my email address which you have.
