Payment Done from Buyer But not showing in PPH.

 Hi Kelly,

One of my Buyer has paid my invoice to the project id 1721784 . He has shared me a screenshot of payment done from his credit card. But in my PPH account there is no payment has been done and invoice is also showing unpaid. Please look into the matter. And please fine attached file of the payment done.

  Its been 1 week after payment. No any update , no any response nothing. I am totally dis-satisfied with the support. No body looking in my account yet.It would be great if you look into the matter.
