    It seems that they have removed all of the refunded transactions, but have left the original rejected transactions - but not the associated refunds. Essentially leaving the account in arrears.

    Yep. That's what seems to have happened to ours.  I checked with Paypal again - the original amount still hasn't been passed to them...It's missing...

    I also haven't received my other PayPal payments that were due to go through this afternoon. They are meant to be transferred within one working day. So those from Friday are already late, by that standard. I also added another one this morning and that hasn't gone through either.

    Well, mine seems to be back to normal now - It went in to negative territory for a while, then is back to what it should be, and it tells me a Bank Payment has gone through so I'll watch for that in a few days time.....

    What a mess.  And yes - some communications would have been wonderful.

    Mines still negative and the payapl transactions (all three) are still pending. Hopefully they will get around to mine soon.

    Andy - did you get a payment to your PayPal yet?

    I am still waiting. Really worried this isn't going to come by tomorrow.

    No. Still nothing in Paypal and it's still not been returned to our balance - we are still showing negative....Not good..

    Few more people starting to complain regarding not getting their money - one withdrew to her bank account. I hope yours goes through Joe.

    PPH need to send an email to everyone affected explaining exactly what is happening and when it will be resolved. I can't believe they are sitting on their hands and literally ignoring it and the effect it is having on their customers.

    Well, had a response:

    "There was an issue for withdrawals to PayPal on Friday for GBP payments that were sent to Sellers. Unfortunately all the GBP payments were rejected from PayPal and sent back to the Seller's accounts.
    We are investigating the matter with PayPal's technical team. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence.
    The issue was with PayPal's payments processing and not with PeoplePerHour. All funds should have been returned to your PPH accounts and this was only for GBP withdrawals only, other currencies were fine.
    Please let me know if I can help with anything else."

    A site wide announcement would have stopped a lot of worry!

    Megan - have your funds been returned to your PPH account yet?  Mine have not... I am trying to find some contact details (phone number) for them because, as you know, they do not have any displayed on their website and the canned response sent out last night is completely unacceptable when freelancer's funds have "gone missing".

    Morning,

    Yes as of a few minutes ago I have had a portion of mine refunded.

    I had a total of 4 payments made to me and two of these were for the same amount.

    They have only refunded 3 of these (perhaps thinking that one of them was duplicated?)

    So I am short by almost £200.

    I have requested a withdrawal of what is there, but I am waiting for the rest of my money to be added. I have added a comment to that effect - but might need to start a new ticket.
