How many people can I hire at the same time?

Hi. I bought a proposal few days ago, and now I need to buy another one. But your system tells me the following: "

Please note there was an issue while trying to process your transaction. You are kindly requested to contact us directly by clicking here in order to further assist you. Thank you"

 

What is the problem? Can't I hire two people at the same time? I tried several times, with a credit card and with paypal - but still it doesn't allow me to do that.

    Have you attempted to clear your internet cache and try in a different browser? This may resolve your issue?
