Refund clearly not being reviewed via your own policies
Do your customer reps even bother reading your policy.
If the seller is at fault, you owe waive your 10% fee. This is getting ridiculous.

Sorry about that. Rest assured, we had refunded the refund fee amount back to your wallet as there is no fault from your end in asking for refund of the funds from escrow. You can now use those funds to pay another seller or withdraw them back to your account.
